Returns & Exchanges

Faults

All Frankie Dean glasses come with a one year manufacturing warranty. If there’s a problem, send a photo of your frame to us and we’ll assess the fault. If the problem is deemed to be a manufacturing defect, we will provide details on how to send the frame back to us, at no cost to you. Once the faulty frame has been received you will be sent a brand new pair of glasses.

Exchanges and Refunds

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Frankie Dean purchase, please contact us immediately, so we can help rectify your problem. You have 30 days from when you first receive your glasses to return them for exchange or for a full refund.

If you have requested an exchange of your Frankie Dean glasses, we will replace them immediately with the new style or colour you have chosen as soon as we receive the unwanted frame back. If we need any extra information we’ll get in touch.

If you have requested a refund you should expect your money refunded to your credit card approximately a week after we have received your frame back. With both refunds and exchanges, you will be advised by a Frankie Dean staff member on how unwanted frames should be returned.

Note: Exchanges and Refunds will only be processed and/or accepted where Customers have first utlised the Home Try On service provided FREE by Frankie Dean.

Lenses

We do not have a warranty on our lenses, only our frames. If you notice any marks or scratches on your lenses when you first receive them, please contact us immediately. If you scratch your lenses, we can replace them at the standard price. New lenses start at $50 a pair; send us an email to discuss your lens options. Once you have chosen your new lenses, we require your frame back, so we can fit them for you. We will then send them back out, with all postage charges fully covered by us.
